  8. 60g crunchy bacon for garnish *to taste, I have approx.

How to make broccoli, potatoes and oats soup

  1. Heat the oil in a frying pan over a medium heat and fry the onions. When the color changes, add the potatoes and the tough part of the broccoli and stir-fry for a few minutes.
  2. Add chicken broth (or broth of your choice) and tender broccoli, cover and bring to a boil. Cook until the vegetables are soft.
